Organised by the e-TQM College in partnership with Microsoft and Visionaire and supported by ISB, the eLearning Excellence Forum brought together leaders and decision-makers from around the region to create an action agenda to enhance the quality of e-Learning throughout the Middle East and North Africa. The Forum offered direct knowledge and skills development in areas related to: Instructional Design, Faculty Development, the use of Reusable Learning Objects, e-Portfolios, e-Learning Solutions and Innovations and other topics related to quality assurance in the e-Learning feild. The Al Majlis Forum which took place on January 15th resulted in the drafting of the 'Dubai e-Learning Declaration' document – a statement of collaborative definition of e- Learning Excellence focused on the region.
